By clicking "Start Test," creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if 13-17)
• You have read and understood the Nature of Assessment disclaimer above
• You agree to use the service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws
• You accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (incorporated by reference)

You agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful data when registering or making purchases
• One Test Per Session: Complete the assessment independently without external assistance (calculators, AI tools, collaboration) to ensure validity
• No Reverse Engineering: Do not attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute test items, algorithms, or proprietary scoring methods
• Respectful Use: Refrain from abusive behavior, spamming, or attempting to disrupt the platform (e.g., DDoS attacks, SQL injection)

Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms, without refund.

All content, design, code, test items, algorithms, and branding on this platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

• Our Rights: We retain exclusive ownership of all intellectual property, including the adaptive testing engine, scoring formulas, and UI/UX design.
• Your License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does NOT include the right to:
  • • Reproduce or redistribute test questions
  • • Sell or commercialize your report
  • • Create derivative works or competing products
• User Content: By submitting feedback or testimonials, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for marketing purposes (anonymized unless you provide consent).

Pricing

The full cognitive report is available for a one-time fee of R$ 1,00 (BRL) or equivalent in your local currency. Prices are subject to change with notice. Promotional discounts may apply during retention offers.

Payment Processing

Transactions are securely processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PIX (Brazil)
• Local payment methods (depending on region)

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your report. To request a refund:

1. Email support@iqofficial.com with your order ID
2. Provide a brief reason (optional, helps us improve)
3. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

No Refunds After 7 Days: Digital products are non-refundable after this period, except where required by local consumer protection laws.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Scheduled Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend service for updates or repairs, with advance notice when possible
• Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at our discretion
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Lost profits, emotional distress, reputational harm, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Score Disputes: Dissatisfaction with test results, perceived inaccuracies, or decisions made based on report data
• Third-Party Actions: Harm caused by misuse of your results by employers, schools, or other parties

Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (R$ 1,00 or equivalent).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform or test results
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, please contact us at legal@iqofficial.com to resolve disputes amicably. Most concerns can be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil (for Brazilian users) or the State of Delaware, USA (for international users), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent payment activity (chargebacks, stolen cards)
• Abusive behavior toward support staff
• Attempt to compromise platform security

Effect of Termination: Your access will be revoked, and you forfeit any outstanding credits or benefits (no refund for prior purchases).

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior communications.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email (if you've purchased a report) or prominently displayed on the website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
